AQUAFAIR MALAYSIA 2006 (AFM 2006) was successfully organized as Malaysia’s most specialized ornamental fish exhibition in KL Convention Centre during 16-19 November 2006 with estimation of more than US1 million on the spot sales. Participation from 64 exhibitors comprising more than 123 exhibiting companies from 12 countries fill up the total area of 5,000 sq. meters gross. The show attracted a total of 11,117 visitors of which 1,193 were professionals and trade buyers while the rest 9,924 were general visitors.

The overwhelming success of AFM 2006 will bring in an even bigger and better AFM 2008, the second appearance at KL Convention Centre on 20-23 November 2008 which 3 halls to cater for the increasing demands from exhibitors. AFM 2008’s main aim is to increase the awareness of Malaysia’s capability and to be listed on the world map as a major player of the ornamental fish industry.
